Thank you for registering for a tournament with South Arkansas Sports. South Arkansas Sports is urging all teams to use the new online payment system with USSSA. If you have questions or concerns with the payment system please contact SAS staff.

Tournament fees are:

8U: $250.00 per 1 day tournament and $300 per 2 day tournament
10U: $250.00 per 1 day tournament and $300 per 2 day tournament
12U: $300.00 per 1 day tournament and $350 per 2 day tournament
14U: $300.00 per 1 day tournament and $350 per 2 day tournament
16U: $400 per 1 or 2 day tournament

Refunds and Weather Refunds

If a team participates in both pool play games on Saturday, no refund will be given. If a team participates in at least one pool play game on Saturday 50% of entry fee will be refunded. As for divisions without pool play, 3 game guarantee or double elimination for example, if a team participates in at least 1 game, 50% of entry fee will be refunded. If a team participates in at least 2 games, no refund will be given. If a team does not participate in any games in the tournament, then 90% of the entry fee will be refunded by South Arkansas Sports, as we follow the guidelines set forth by USSSA.
